About Darkhan...

Darkhan is second largest city in Mongolia.
But I think it is not now, maybe Erdent is second largest city because there is big mine.
The population of Darkhan is around 100,000 people...

Darkhan can divide two big areas one is Old Darkhan and the others is New Darkhan.
You can imagine what I am saying.. New Darkhan has many new building maybe..

The Center of Darkhan there is Buddha park.

In summer Darkhan has Nadam festival, it is all Mongolian festival. Many foreigners visit around that season.

In Darkhan nowadays around 25 churches are setting up including Christianity heresy churches. For example near children's park there is a Darkhan baptism church.

After came to Darkhan, what happened .. it rained so much not like before...
Winter season too, it snowed so much from Nov.
The weather of Mongolia is a little bit strange...

On the street many cows walked near by Nomin Superstore.
For the first time I can understand.. but now it is normal...

The big building is 16th stories apartment but no working elevator. Terrible !! Think about if you live in 16th story...

Winter season is so cold, daytime the degree is around -30... wow...

If you want to visit Mongolia ... I recommend from the last of June to the last of August is good. Many visitors want to go to the Gobi desert and Khupsugul..

I have been the Khupsugul but the Gobi desert not yet...

The Khupsugul is very nice place of Central Asia.
You can take a rest and drop away your stress at that place.

The nature is so wonderful...
Do not destroy the beautiful nature...

But when you visit above wonderful place, you will be surprised... why??
Many visitors come but there are not many public restroom.

Mongolian people saying .. I want to see my horse, it means going to restroom.
But everywhere will be your restroom... unbelievable... come and check..

Mongol of China
The Mongols, who consist of as many as sixty separate Mongolian tribes, are one of China’s official nationalities. Through thousands of bitter winters the Mongols have lived in yurts (portable, tent-like homes also called “gers”), racing their horses, raising livestock, and worshipping the forces of nature. There are almost six million Mongols scattered across a wide area of northern China. Approximately three times as many Mongols live in China as in the nation of Mongolia. There has been significant debates over how many are believers in Christ. Regardless, ask the Lord to reveal his love and truth to this people group. Pray that many will hear and receive eternal life through Jesus Christ.
